Customer reports receipt contains credit card info that do not belong to her
A customer purchased an item online and when she received the receipt she saw that a Discover credit card was used and she does not have that card. I have received payment. How do I follow up with square/credit card/customer. And is this a scam?

Hello @SSSAG !
Do you know if the customer used either Google Pay or Apple Pay for her purchase? Both of those payment methods show an alternate card number for security purposes. If she used a Discover card for the purchase with one of the Pays but the last four digits shown on the receipt don't match, everything is working as intended.
