Custom video will not upload - square online

Hello everyone,

For a couple of days now this error message has been popping up while trying to upload a video. It's not the video as the message occurs before I can even choose the location of the video. Any thoughts on what this is and how it can be fixed?

HI, have you tried adding the video by Embed Code instead?  Scroll down to Embed Video from other Hosts.

(custom option is *supposed* to work though)

Hey there!

Thank you for your reply :). I'm aware of the youtube option, however, this is not an issue with that. This is an issue with uploading our own videos rather than using a third party we have no account with. The functionality is there, but it appears to be broken.

HI, the EMBED CODE option not the YOUTUBE option.
