Coupons not working

Hey all! We were going to implement coupons for Online and at the Register (we are in the Square For Restaurants Pre-Auth Beta but they said this is a Square Online issue NOT a Beta issue) but during our testing we found the following: 

 

1. If you set it for "Percentage off" & "Applies To" - "Category", the following happens:

*Online - It only takes off the amount for the highest valued item and not all the items in that category. (It should take the discount off for all items in the selected categories and not just the highest valued item) **Picture attached.Coupon 123Test .jpg

*Register - It takes off the amount for all items, including ones not in that category. (It should exclude the non-selected category items) - Can provide a picture, not at the POS right now.

 

2. QR Code "Copy Link" works fine but "Download QR Code" doesn't work. On an Android Phone it just copies text and an iPhone it says "No Usable Data Found".

3. We "Expired" a coupon and it still worked Online and on the Register after a refresh.

Hi @Kassi_ ! I did email support so they can see the screenshots. Hopefully there is some resolution!

 

Chat was useless as they didn't understand the issue even though I provided everything to them.
