Coupon amounts are changing based on customers order
The coupon code we have set up is for $10 off. Depending on what the customer orders, the deduction is changing to $10.01 or $9.99. I know this isn't a huge deal as it is only 1 cent, but I had a customer reach out because it wasn't the full $10 off.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I've not experienced this issue before, but I'm curious of your settings on the coupon. I'm guessing it's online? Is the coupon just $10 off any purchase or on specific items/categories? I'm still getting used to offering coupons online so I want to see what some of the stumbling blocks may be.

It is online. It is just a $10 off any purchase. It seems to occur when the total isn't a round number. If there are any cents in the total, it will either add a penny or take a penny away from the coupon.

Ahhh. I think I've had that happen when the coupon was for a higher value than what they were buying, but I think that's pretty standard. Sorry I can't be more help with your specific issue though!
