Confirmation Email White Space

I've customized the confirmation email for my online orders. However, I'm unable to delete the whitespace that occurs in both actual and test emails using that email template. Within the template, it appears to be the placeholder for digital and physical orders (which doesn't appear on my emails, since I only provide services). I am unable to delete that placeholder box in the email template. The result is a large amount of whitespace between the customer's total and the bottom of their order confirmation. 

Is there a way to delete that?
