Change to Fulfillment “Edit” button in checkout
In checkout, the “Edit” button in small text in the top right corner is not so quick to find, and is easily missed. We often get calls from customers saying there is no way to change from pick up to delivery, or to a different date or time. There is so much time wasted having to explain this over and over again. I would like to see the fulfillment method, date and time on separate lines with “change to pick up/change to delivery”, “choose a different date” and “choose a different time” buttons directly next to the displayed line. Something along those lines to make it more intuitive for the customer.

Sounds like a candidate for a Feature Request. Square is always looking for ways to make things better for both sellers and buyers. They do look at suggestions. (I'm still waiting for one my suggestions to happen - hopefully some day because a lot of others have asked for the same thing.)
