Can't upload item list from excel file with multiple sheets.

It seems like a major issue not to have square be able to recognize separate sheets of an excel file. I tried to import items from my sku list which has different sheets to keep categories separate, but square doesn't know how to work with that. I really don't want to have to separate my one workbook into 30 different sheets and upload them all one after the other.

Any chance this can be updated any time soon?

Sorry for the inconvenience. I can see how this is inefficient if you have many items and categories to add. I feel you! The best way to upload items is by exporting the CSV file from your Item Library and using this sheet/format to upload multiple items. Take a look at this article with more details.
