Blocked for phishing

I've had several clients who have not been able to access our website due to "Phishing page block for protection." What settings do I need to adjust to keep this from happening?

Hi Wellness_D,

 

We don't have enough info - for example:

 

What is your site's URL?

Do you own your Domain or is this a Square FREE website or a Square hosted site?

Can you duplicate the issue?

What web browser(s) are your clients using?

Is there a specific page that's causing the issue?

 

It's possible someone has duplicated one of your pages or created a site with a similar domain name.

 

Please understand that the volunteer Community Members are not the same as Tech or Customer Support - many here are experienced with Square's Apps and Hardware and can help with lots of challenges.  However, with very little info, it's not possible to even guess.  If you want share some more details here - great - if you're not comfortable doing that, then you may want to consider contacting Tech Support.

I'm sorry to hear some of your customers are not able to view your website. 

 

As @JK_Fiber_Art mentioned, we would need more details to understand what can be happening here. Could you provide the information listed above ?
