Anyone notice items added to the cart disappearing?

I’ve noticed several times where I’ve added an item to the cart while checking someone out and said item just randomly disappears. I’ve lost payment on quite a few items because my inventory will by off by 1 on certain occasions. It’s easy to catch when there’s 1-3 items in the cart but the more items it’s harder to catch. My employees have noticed this too. Anyone else having this issue?

Is this happening with items that you also sell in person? It sounds like it may be an inventory issue, but I'm not entirely sure. Can you post a link to your website, and let us know an item or two that you have experienced this issue with?
