Am I the only one who didn't receive a monthly sales report for October?

Hello, I have only been with Square POS since May, and I am addicted to the monthly sales reports that have come to my email inbox like faithful bits of joy at the beginning of each month.  That is until November...I waited expectantly, (think new mother) for that report to arrive...but then...it just didn't.

I went through my spam folder, my trash folder...my email inbox with a fine tooth comb, searching for that elusive bit of joy...and nothing.  

Needless to say, I am deeply saddened by this, and my tax person will also be sad...is it possible to...I don't know get it resent?  Or, tell me where to find it?  I did look in the dashboard, but it is as if October had no sales...when I know that to not be the case...

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Hello @TheCookieLady57 and thanks for your question. I also do not recall receiving a recap report recently. One item I always look for is the percentage of new vs. returning customers, which I do not think is available in my report dashboard.

As far as your sales data and reports go for your accountant/tax pro...you should be able to generate sales reports from your Dashboard. More info about reports can be found here. I hope this helps answer your question.
