Address not supported?

A business is trying to order copies of my books from my Square Store but the address is not supported when they type in their shipping information. 

Why not? I've mailed them something before so I know the address is a correct address.

Hello @Evita1  I’d be happy to help! That does sound unusual. The address worked before, but now it doesn’t—could there have been a typo when entering it? If possible, could you share a photo of the error message?
