Additional choice for pickup date options

We need additional functionality to pick up & order prep time. Please add a day and time range option. I want our customers to be able to pick up on specific dates and times and I have to play this game of futzing with open hours and prep time it's not going well.

The term for what I'm looking for in new functionality in Weebly/Square online is "Release Date" for Pre-orders.
