Adding text box at top of order page?

I've added a text box to my order page on my online store but it's only allowing me to put the text box at the bottom of the page, while I'd prefer it at the top. Can this be changed?

HI, not sure if this is what you are asking but you can move the description to underneath the Title and Price, so everything moves up.

Here are the breadcrumbs and screenshot to locate.

Online Dashboard, Website, Edit Site, choose any item, Item Details, scroll down to Description, click the box Show item description above Buy button.

No, I mean on the page, not the item detail. Here is the text box ("Online orders only") that's at the bottom just above the footer that I'd like to move up to the top below the header:

HI, thank you for the screenshot and link.  Within the Editor on the Home Page you can click and drag the section to place it anywhere on the page.

I've tried that a number of ways but had no luck. I'm using a chromebook. Is there a trick I'm missing?

HI, the only other thing is I see you are using the Menu Format template, and I understand you do sell foods.  Have you tried changing to the Retail Format template?

The retail template doesn't allow for grouping in the way we need. Honestly I just need a way to add some text at the top of the page. Is there really no simple way to do that?

HI,  This is the display I see when I log into my Editor.  I picked the Contact Us section and clicked the 3 little dots, popup for Move Up, Down, etc.
