404 error + automatically disconnected from site

I have been getting a 404 error message on my website for days. I have made the payment for premium. I have an updated domain. When I go to Square home -> Online -> Domains -> Manage domain -> Edit site domain, it says "disconnected. When I select "connect domain to current site" and select my site, it wont save my selection. For 48hrs consistently it automatically goes back to the selection "disconnect from current site".

Help me Square Community Please!?

I would contact support directly for this one - with domains there are a number of factors that can impact it, where is the domain hosted, are the dns enteries updated on all locations.
