I want to introduce a delivery slot of 2 hours each morning but don't want the customer to be able to pick anything more specific than the day they are choosing (delivering flowers so precise time not that important). At the moment on scheduled delivery it gives the customer a choice of time within those 2 hours in 15 minute increments. Is there a way to increase this so there is only one option of 10am - 12pm?

Hi @pixierose, thank you for reaching out! There isn't a way to set the scheduled slots for every 2 hours instead of 15 minutes at the moment. I've passed this as a suggestion to our Product team so they can consider it for future releases.
In a meantime, you can set your delivery hours from between 10am-12pm in the Delivery Settings and this will ensure that customers will not be able to schedule a delivery beyond the hour you've set.

Hi @ndp03, thanks for following up on this! I've checked on this with the team and there isn't any further update at the moment. I'll be sure to follow up on this thread when I have more information to provide. Thank you for your patience while we work on developing this.

This reply was created from merging an existing thread: Delivery Slots
Hi,
Is there a way so that customers can select a delivery option for there take out to arrive between 6-7 or 7-8 and so on rather than 6:10 or 6:25
This would enable the kitchens to produce more orders if space and time is available rather than restricting our orders.
Thanks

Hello @Dexter1. At this time it's not possible to set up wider delivery time slots in the way you're describing.
This is a feature request that we are tracking here, so I've merged your post to this thread. That way when we share any updates here you'll be notified automatically.

I want all deliveries to take place between 10.30am - 1.30pm rather than customers selecting a specific time. Is this possible?

Any update on this? The current set-up might work for food delivery but really doesn't work well for general retail.

Hi @pixierose, thank you for checking up on this!
At the moment, there isn't a way to widen the delivery slot yet. However, a workaround would be to disable assigning delivery times automatically under Fulfilment > Pickup & Delivery > Order timing. Instead, you can just set your prep time and include a short message describe when customers can expect to get their orders. This message will be shown when customers are adding items to cart and in their order confirmation email.
I hope this will help somewhat!

Afraid that doesn't really work as someone could easily be ordering for next week. I have worked around by turning off scheduling and adding a mandatory modifier for someone to type in the required date but it's rather clumsy.
Seems like this is a rather urgent development as it is cutting off a lot of your small business customers where deliveries have to be fit in the schedule for the day which is not always the same.
