@Square You know like Ecwid, you can JUST order online, and you don't need to pay online, but you can pay in-person, does Square have a feature like that? If yes, how can I enable it, as I'd like to take payments in-person from my customers, not online.

I understand how it would be beneficial for your business to take online orders with the option to pay in-person. This feature is not yet available. All online orders will be confirmed when the payment is completed. I take note of your feedback and will make sure to pass it on to our Product team.
