Could we please get an option to edit the HTML code of single pages or at least get a feature where we can inject code into specific pages rather than the whole of the website?
Could we please also get an option to access the robots.txt to be able to disavow links etc?
Thanks

Hi @Ronin, thanks for your feedback! I've reached out to our ECOM specialist team so they can have a further look into this and see if there are any additional information or insight they can share.
While the ability to manually edit the robots.txt file isn't available with Square Online store at the moment, sellers shouldn't need to do this usually. I've asked the team to check the site txt file as well just to make sure everything is setup as expected.

Sorry for the late response.
Access to the robots.txt is quite important if for example the need arises to disallow any unwanted backings or generally just to influence what the crawlbots read when they reach the site.

My square site is currently blocked by Bing search, the instructions on bing imply that I need to add a line to the robots.txt file. How can this be resolved?

There are other ways to verify the site is yours, you should be able to add a HTML tag to the <head> of the sites code integrations.

Hi @brookwateruk, thanks for flagging this here.
I had a look at the link and got 404 Page not found on Chrome. Can you let me know what steps you have taken so far? Just to confirm you had followed the steps from our guide SEO Settings for Square Online Websites? Thanks.
