Customers choosing delivery date

Hey, I'm not sure if you'll see this, but can you make it easier to choose a delivery date when ordering? Instead of having it as an option on the item page, can you make it a drop-down menu or a calendar at the checkout? It's not very obvious where it is now, and customers often call to change the date because they didn't see it or they just don't order.

We desperately need this to be improved too. Our online orders have dropped off significantly since moving to Square and we rely on these for the majority of our income. We're a florist shop so choosing delivery/collection dates is essential. Customers tell us they have the following issues:

 

They can't find where to change their delivery/collection date.

On the item page it's not clear they need to type in their delivery address.

They don't care which location the item is being delivered from so seeing the location address is unnecessary and confusing.

 

At the very least, the wording on the basket page needs to be changed so it's really clear where to click to change delivery/collection days. Instead of the current "How to get it" with the tiny "edit" link next to it, we need a big button with "Change delivery/collection day". 

 

We also experience a frequent issue where a customer clicks on the date and time in their cart and are met with a continuously spinning "schedule order" page. This page never loads and all they see is a spinning circle, so they end up not ordering!
