Been using Square now for almost a year and a half no problem. I sell my classes online and a notification would pop up on my phone when someone makes a purchase.
Recently I started selling apparel in which I offered different locations for pickup. In doing so, I had to add 2 different locations to my business. Since doing that, I do not get any notifications any more pop up on my phone. The only way for me to know if someone made a purchase is if I check my email, or if I go in to the app and check the orders.
I've checked my "notification settings" on my phone and they're still set to receive notifications.
I don't know what happened. I tried calling customer service and they seemed clueless of what to do.
Anyone experience this before and maybe found a way to fix it?

Firstly, make sure that you're on the latest version of the Square app that you're using. Next, please double-check your notification settings for each of your business locations within your Point of Sale.
To do so:
1. From the navigation menu, go to Settings > Orders.
2. Select Alerts and toggle the Allow Alerts option on. You can choose to be notified immediately, or every 5, 15, or 30 minutes.
Please note: If you are logged into multiple locations on one device, you'll only receive notifications for the location that you're actively signed into.
If you are still unable to receive your order notifications after this, please reach out to Support directly by logging into your Square account and heading here for further assistance.
