Hi @Twiddy thanks again for the post. 

There are various sections you can add to your Square Online site such as videos, image gallerys, featured events etc but we don't have a designated FAQ section just yet - but this another great idea from you that I'll share with the team again. 

An idea could be to display a PDF file on your Square Online site with an option to download it & include your FAQ there. You can take a closer look at how this would look in the link attached!
