The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Customers having difficulties
A couple of customers can not access my site at all via the link I provide. Or by entering it manually in browser.
And another customer is unable to add her name and address on payment page.
Any ideas anyone?
I've had a lot of sales today that have gone through without a problem.

It sounds like it could be an issue with the browser customers are using. Here are a few troubleshooting tips they can try:
- Make sure their browser is up to date
- Clear the cache on their browser (they can access the Help menu of their browser to locate step-by-step instructions)
- Switched to a supported browser, such as Google Chrome
If you can share the link to the website, I can also test it on my end as well!

I have hardly any traffic through my website and with Ebays prices going up, I need to achieve more views and sales on my site.

I've tested it on both Chrome & Safari on my end across multiple devices and the site is loading for me, so it's definitely worth asking the customers to try the troubleshooting steps and see if that will help.
