Hi all!

I've recently had some issues around my reviews emails being sent resolved and I've had my first batch of reviews come in.

I have two questions:

(1) There was a period of approximately 6-8 weeks where my review request emails weren't being sent to customers and I've therefore lost out on a significant number of reviews from my launch sales. Is there any way for these to be sent manually or resent to my existing customers?

(2) The reviews I have received are on the page of the relevant product. I was wondering if there is any way to have the star rating displayed on the item list on the main page of website? Like under Snow Fairy, it would have the total stars out of 5 next to the price, name etc. It would be great to have this so visitors to my website can see the reviewed products/star rating.

I don't think there would be a way to do this manually as an automated thing, you may just have to email individual customers... probably something @tranguyen will know much better than I do.

they also should be able to put this forward as a feature request for the future 🙂

Hi @SpiritandSoul, thanks for your post! I checked with our team and unfortunately we don't have a way to manually send out historical review request. 

With regards to display the rating next on the main site's item list, this is currently a feature request! 

I don't have a timeline on when this will be available but I would encourage you to check out our Beta Community to join and potentially get access to new features first when we test them out.
