Place quantity near top of item page

Would like to able to choose “quantity” on item page near top.  This feature is currently anchored at bottom of item selection below variations and modifiers.  Can it be moved to top of item page?

We don't currently have a feature that allows our sellers to make that adjustment. Sorry about that! This is a great suggestion though, and we'll make sure to pass it along to the appropriate team.
