Paypal pay in 3 or Klarna

Does anyone know if it is possible to add Paypal Pay in 3 or Klarna to the square checkout? I have paypal activated and connected (working fine) but people can't use the pay in 3 option even though it should be an option with the new paypal checkout. (although it seems Square only have the basic option for paypal) 

Clearpay is stupidly expensive and doesn't spread the costs. We need an option to allow people a bit of credit in the current crisis

Clearpay is the only Buy Now Pay Later option we have, we do not have a partnership with Klarna or Paypal in 3. 

I completely empathise with the sentiment here, given the current climate, however, unfortunately, the Clearpay rates are fixed.
