Clear pay

Hey everyone,

so I’ve made Clearpay an available payment option on square for online and  in store checkout, however it’s still not showing as an option when customers are doing online checkout? Any suggestions as to why it’s not showing up?

square are impossible to get hold of so I’m asking here!
