Not accepting new images and changing stock levels

Hi.

I added in new products and images to my items over the last fortnight, now every-time I long in, either the item images have been deleted and other products have been marked out of stock.

I change back save and go back to check and then another variation is out of stock and the new images have been deleted, this has been going on for a week. Is anyone else having issues?

Hi @jendarceys, thanks for your post and sorry to hear you're running into this issue.

We haven't heard of any other reports like this so we'd just like to take a few more details so we can look into this for you.

Are you adding stock from your Square Dashboard, Point of Sale app or the Square Online Dashboard

How do you usually track stock? Do you have tracking turned on for any of the items you have noticed this issue with?

For the items where the photo has disappeared, did you notice any error message when you first added it?

I'll keep an eye out for your response!

No, none of the above, every-time I log in its either deleted an image or marked an other item out of stock, I've spoken to the support people and waiting on contact back.

I am pulling my hair out, I save everything and can see it and then go back its changed, this has been going on for two weeks now, its like someone else is changing it after I've saved it and costing me money in lost sales!

Sorry to hear that @jendarceys, this doesn't sound like expected behaviour.

This may be something our engineers need to look into so contacting our support team was the best option here, they will be able to pass the case over in detail so we can get this resolved for you as soon as possible.
