MY WEBSITE IS NOT TAKING PAYMENTS - HELP!

I published my website 2 days ago, everything went fine and i saw it working - now 2 days later, each item states 'this site is not taking payments'.......... Help! What is wrong? Sandra

Thanks for your patience while we got back to you!

The first step is to ensure that youโ€™ve enabled the option to accept online orders in your Square Online settings. Once thatโ€™s confirmed, here are a few other factors to check:

Domain Connection: If you recently transferred or connected a domain to your Square Online site, it may take 24โ€“48 hours for the SSL certificate to fully propagate. Your site wonโ€™t be able to process orders until this process is automatically completed.

Item Visibility: Ensure all items are set to Visible in your item settings and have stock assigned to them.


Fulfilment Settings: Double-check that youโ€™ve completed setting up your Square Online fulfilment settings and assigned the correct fulfilment method to each item available for purchase.

If you continue to encounter issues after trying all of the above, please let us know.
