Left navigation menu nesting issue

Hi there,

I have issues with the left side navigation menu as the software is not taking the structure of the categories and subcategories, in other words, it's not nesting, the links appear/disappear, etc. Must be a bug or something wrong with the store back end. I've contacted help desk but haven’t heard back unfortunately. Any help on this will be much appreciated.

While we are unable to look into how your account has been set up and troubleshoot this via our Seller Community forum, please give our support team a call on 1800 760 137 - they'll be able to assist you further and take a proper look into what's occurring!

In the meantime though, if you are able to post screenshots of the issue I'll do my best to advise accordingly 👍
