Items showing as unavailable on self serve

Recently, new items I've added are showing up as unavailable on my self serve site. I've tried everything to sort it. We only have 1 site and only offer selfserve. Is this another blip on square's side?

Hi @Thj, sorry to hear you are running into this! There are a couple of troubleshooting steps for non-available items that may help. If you've checked all these settings and the item is still coming up as unavailable, please let me know and I can look into this further on my end as well.

It's suddenly rectified itself and items are now showing as available?!?!?!

Thanks for letting me know @Thj! I was looking into this with the ECOM specialist team so glad to hear the item is now coming up as available for order. I'm going to keep an eye on this to see if the issue happen again.

Sorry to say that it is still happening. I've just added 2 new items and both are showing as unavailable on self serve.

I can definitely take another look into this @Thj! Can you share a QR code scan with me?

 

There's also one more thing I'd like to check - do you have any time-based category setup with the self-serve ordering as well? Or are items set to be available at all time?

 all my items are time based. As we do not open until 10am, everything shows as available later except for the 2 items I've added under cocktails and spirits which show as unavailable.

I can see all items are set to become available from 10AM onwards, but there are two items which are coming up as Available Later for me (Velvet Espresso Martini and Disaronno). I've reached out to our ECOM specialist team again so we can look into this together. Apology for the inconvenience caused by this @Thj!

Yes. Its showing those 2 items as unavailable but when you click on those 2 items it says available later. I hope this can be resolved ASAP.
