Has anyone had issues getting a loan in 2023?

Iam restricted to even click into my square loan and see any details? I can’t see my stats and processing volumes and things I need to work on etc for my eligibility.

 

If I click on my 81% paid loan it just says my business isn’t Eligible for the square loans program which I have never gotten that message before? Is anyone else experiencing this?

 

I have had 4 loans in the past always paid them off quickly and always gotten offers around 70% paid.

If this isn’t fixed  will no longer be using square appointments or square for EFTPOS or anything. I will completely change providers and also make other businesses aware. I have brought plenty of my friends over to your system with full praise as thus far my experience has been nothing but positive. That was until this last month.

While we can't look into your account more closely via this public forum, I'd suggest reaching out to our team directly so we can take a look into why you're not able to see the details of your current loan and stats via the dashboard. Give us a call on 1800 760 137 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm AEDT) so we can dig in a bit deeper. 

 

In regard to new loan offers, we regularly evaluate Square accounts to offer you new loans. Multiple factors are taken into consideration, and you can check this section of your dashboard to see some of the eligibility factors we take into account. 

 

New loans are not automatically extended when a percentage repayment threshold is met. Instead, the business as a whole is evaluated. I understand that this might be frustrating if you've received loans previously, but rest assured that we'll send a new offer out as soon as you're eligible.

Hi Arie,

 

I have reached out to them by phone and e-mail numerous times  over these weeks and no one can tell me why I can’t access my stats on my dashboard etc. I click into my loan to get my stats and it comes with with this message:

We want to help every business grow. Unfortunately, your business is ineligible for the Square Loans program. If your status changes, you’ll get an invitation email and see your offer here.

 

 

I have had no answers why I can’t access anything

That's definitely odd, @Melthenailgirl

 

Have you got any outstanding information request forms on your Square account, or have you just recently completed one of our request forms? 

 

If so, it's possible that this is impacting your loans dashboard. Once you've completed this form, it should revert back to showing your loan dashboard as usual. Please let us know how you go.

No I don’t, last time I answered any requests was over 3 weeks ago and nothing out standing all of my account is working as per normal apart from this.

It used to say “in progress” on my dashboard and now it squires “ineligible”

Hi,

no no luck, the loan is paid off in full now it was my 4th loan with them all paid early and it still says I’m ineligible.

Hi, yes . I've had 2 since then. 

Both came  once I had  paid 75% of other loans.
