Domain says disconnected

I have set up my website with Square but have a domain with 123reg.

 

I have completed the set up and amended the dns settings in 123reg but the website is still not showing after waiting more than 48 hours.

I have gone through all aspects of the connection problem and the only issue i see is when looking at the domain and managing the domain it says i am disconnected and it does not amend after i try to attach the domain name.



i just dont know what to look at next to try and get my website up and running.

Did you guys get this resolved? I am having massive issues with the SSL certificate not having been issued and when I go to the domain connection it says disconnected, and when I select my own website (as per tillymints above) it won't seem to save the setting and is still showing as disconnected.   this is 3 days with no website now.  to say I am a little p*ssed off is an understatement.
