Credit Card entry boxes blocked on website

I have been trying to get Square to work on my website. PayPal and Stripe both work just fine, so it's not a security certificate issue. When I set up Square, it works for about 5min and then the entry boxes for credit card payments no longer work (they are white, but cannot be clicked nor can text be entered).

Note that it still works when I am logged into my Wordpress account. But when I try it in incognito mode, or on another computer, or on mobile, the boxes are blocked.

Any idea what to do to resolve this? Thanks.

In order to make sure i'm understanding, what website builder did you use to create your site (Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy, WooCommerce etc.)? I see you mentioned Wordpress, but has it since changed or did you try switching to the website builder with Square? Also, can you provide the URL to your website/page? Thank you!
