Hi,
Is it possible to prevent customers using a physical or e-gift card to pay for delivery fees?
i.e can you limit the gift card to physical items only?
Thanks
D

As a business owner, I kinda get where you’re coming from - but if £10 is spent on buying a gift card & then you spend a fiver but then have to pay an extra £2 on postage that would really annoy me as a customer.

Heh yeah. However the shipping on the items I sell (liquids with high weight) is generally around £9 but the items can be as low as £4. Also the gift cards were bought on a pay it forward scheme where the customers have also received other incentives and % discounts.
So I’m guessing your answer to my question would be that it’s not possible.
