All categories not appearing when trying to filter item library - Square Online

Hi there, on the Square Online item library (syncing from Square), I want to filter by category. When I click this, I can see SOME of the categories I have, but not ALL of them... any suggestions?!

 

The categories are definitely there, with items attached, and visible, but when I type within the categories box (on the filter popup) they simply don't show. Please help!

Hey @boynash101, really sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue! I had a look on my end into this and I'm not sure why the category is not coming up in the drop-down menu. There might be some account-specific thing that I'm missing. In this case, it might be best to contact our Support team directly for further assistance
