Be able to change color scheme of messaging.

If you send a message from Square Messages, your color scheme is not there, it shows it on a blue background. See below the message center I used to sent myself a message, and the response. My color scheme is not this shade of blue, or any blue.

I’m adding my support to this, and adding a few other notes.  Branding is important, to me and to most of us.  Here at Piper’s we have two fonts (Cochin and Copperplate) which we use for everything, we have our colors (red and white).  I changed our Square Online website to have our fonts and colors, of course.  

 

My other note is that you really should consolidate a new Accounts & Settings page called branding that would contain logo, color scheme, fonts and other things.  Then instead of the Receipts setting page asking for those, it would just use them.  Any emails we went (marketing, invoices, appointments, etc, etc, etc) would just use them.  Text receipts would use them.  I think you get the picture.  Branding should consistent across accounts and when we change something, we should not have to remember everywhere it needs changing.  It should just be automatically changed to be consistent.  That’s my 2-cents worth!

Totally agree with @brewpages and @TheRealChipA on this one! I think most businesses, ours included, have worked really hard to establish consistent branding, and it would be great to be able to carry that over to all of Square's deliverables (receipts, invoices, online store, marketing content, etc.).

I’ve gone ahead and changed the status of this feature request to “Open”.

You provided a great assessment on the potential business use/need for something like this on our platform from a seller’s perspective.

This is a useful tool for our Product Team to use as they build the future of our products. As more information becomes available, a Community moderator will come in and change the status letting all of the subscribed sellers know.

 

I want to also thank @mksavage and @TheRealChipA for adding their voice to this feature. 

I'm so disappointed in the lack of customization with this company. Small details that should be no brainers! This random blue in the emails, the bright blue that you can't change in the appointments embedded code and just all general buttons- emails included.. we are businesses that have spent so much time on branding and color choosing, so these bright, specific blues are completely throwing off the look, could we at least get neutrals? that would be at least a little better.. There's tons of amazing features with square which is why i'm a customer, but these little nagging details are beyond frustrating and it's honestly quite shocking that this is an issue in 2023.
