I did delete 2 of my services instead of editing. I added them back. They show up through the square appointments app but when clients click on the book button through Instagram, it will not show those 2 services even though I added them back.

@Fluxbeauty Are the services you re-created showing on your booking site or are they only missing when your clients tap the Book button on Instagram?
If they're not showing up on your online booking site either, you may need to double check that you created Services and not Items, and that you enable the setting that allow customers to book that service online.
To do this from your Appoinmtnents Dashboard:
- Sign in at squareup.com/login > navigate to the Items section.
- Click Service Library from the menu on the left > then click Create Service.
- Enter a time duration for your service.
- Toggle Bookable by Customers Online ON > then click Save.

Is there a way to organize items and show by categories in the BOOK NOW section of the Instagram button? @Helen

Heya @LindaVani and welcome to the Community.
We can really only advise on how to connect Appointments to Instagram for booking but how they're arranged would be on Instagram's side.
You might have to reach out to them to see but I checked their Support Center page on connecting us here and didn't find anything about re-arranging the services. Have you tried re-arranging them on our side first?

I am sorry you are still having issues with services not showing on Instagram. I would reach out to Customer Support at 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport so we can look at your account settings. For account security, we cannot do that here.

I have Services Bookable by Customers Online as well as made sure they are services. I still don't see any options under
"Select one or more services" when testing the Square booking site.

Have you set up your availability settings in Square Appointments? Take a look at this Support Article for how to set up your availability. Once this is set up, it should allow customers to book services on your online booking site.
