Updating footer address on Emails

Hi! How do you update the footer address on emails? I have 2 locations and it looks like it is locked with the first salons address.

Hi @Bronze_Palms ,

There is an option when you start a marketing campaign in square to choose the location that you want to send from. On the very first screen, when you go to create a new marketing campaign, at the top it prompts you to choose your campaign location and it defaults to all locations.   When you do an email campaign that defaults to all locations, it's going to put your main location address at the bottom.

If you choose to create a separate mail campaign for each location, select that location on the first screen, and then it will put that location address at the bottom of the email.  This means that you need to have your customer list segmented into customer groups, if you want to send specifically to customers at one location or the other. After you've designed your email message on the second screen, then you go to the third screen to select audience and that is where you can choose a subset of subscribers that fits that location.

If you have customers that go to both locations, and you want to send just one email message to all, what we have done is created a text block at the bottom of our email layout that includes both location addresses, phone numbers, and websites.

I did contact Square support a couple of times about this, and I think that there is something in the road map to make this a little bit more intuitive and easier to navigate. However with the above work arounds, we have multiple locations and we send out our newsletter every week and it works pretty well. Every once in awhile I send a newsletter for just one location and then I choose a customer group related to that location. But most of the time I just send out one newsletter to all and have the text block at the bottom that details all of our locations.

Hopefully this helps. Let us know if you need additional assistance.
