Square and google business integration not working

I have been using Square and my Google business integration for a while. I've noticed that my Google Business profile hours do not match my square hours per the integration. 

I tried disconnecting it and reconnecting it, but nothing happened. Is anyone else having issues with Google Maps integration?

 

It seems like the google business profile changes is under review, but the changes went in over a month ago.

Just a suggestion.  You may want to setup a Google Business Profile - this gives you more control over what details are displayed on Google Maps.

good call; I was thinking of Google Business when I said Google Maps. I already claimed my google business profile. It used to work with the square integration with google business. But none of the changes are reflected in Google Business. It shows like they are being reviewed, and it has been over a month since I made changes.

Hey @cupzcoffeeaz, I am still looking into this. 

 

I would review your location information and make sure it matches what's displayed in Google Maps though (exactly how it's displayed) because I either wasn't able to locate your exact business location in Google (directly searching your address) or you haven't claimed and set up their business on the Google side of things. I'm also not able to see where it's showing on our end that "you are being reviewed" (adding a screenshot).

Hey @cupzcoffeeaz, I do have an update!

 

Our team confirmed the hours are updated on our end, but it's not updating on Google Maps. They are reaching out to Google to get this resolved. As soon as there is more information I will let you know. I appreciate your patience!

Maya,

 

How do I get Google or Square to take down an outdated Booking tab? When someone googles my business the gient "BOOK ONLINE" button is linked to an outdated booking page. I have contacted google. I have contacted square up. Nobody can seem to figure out how to remove this wrong Booking url or to even take the Book Online button off of The Google business page. I have tried to edit it in square dashboard and Google Maps and Google business but nothing ever updates or syncs.  Do you have a remedy for this situation? Warm Regards
