Removing Facebook post from Marketing campaign email

I've noticed while editing a marketing email that I see the preview shows both Email and also Facebook previews. I only want this to go to my email list, and not to automatically post on Facebook. I can't find any option to turn off for this. When i start a new campaign email the Facebook preview isn't there; I can always start and copy into a new campaign but was looking for an easier way?

I need to do a little bit more digging here. 

Mine looks way different, so I'm gonna reach out to some of my teammates and ask them if they're having the same experience you are having. 

In the meantime, if you could provide some additional details like: when did this start? During the last step, are you able to select just emailing the campaign?

And I'm just a bit confused because you say when you start a new campaign email it doesn't show the Facebook preview, so when are you actually seeing it?

@frances_aI started this email campaign a few weeks ago, and saved it as a draft. When I went to edit and send this morning I noticed the Facebook preview tab on the phone mockup. This is on the screen when I select the audience and just before I send the mail.  I don't see any option to turn off the Facebook part of this campaign. If I go to start a new email campaign, I don't see Facebook preview. If I go back to check previous email campaigns I sent...I also do not see anything that looks like a Facebook preview.

Wondering if I turn off some Facebook connection to Square? But not sure why new email campaigns are not showing this. I can start a new email and throw this one out...but it would save me some time if there was a way to fix this.

Phew! This is fun. 

I found so many tickets, but not one that described exactly the experience you are having. 

But then my lovely teammates found an important piece of information. 

We experienced an issue that prevented campaigns to be shared on Facebook (hence the tickets). We have already reached out to Meta's support team and are working on resolving the issue. Because of this, our team decided to temporarily remove the share to Facebook button. 

Because your draft was likely saved before this whole thing happened, you are still seeing the preview. But the button to disable the share to Facebook option isn't there because we removed it. 

I'm waiting on confirmation on this, but your post will likely not be shared to Facebook because the integration is broken, even if you see the preview. 

I will come back to provide an update once I confirm that your campaign won't post to Facebook.

We can confirm your campaign will not be posted to Facebook.
