Receipt Campaign Issue

I've setup a Marketing campaign to include a link in our receipts for customers. I'm noticing that only some of our customers are seeing the link on the receipt while others it's not being generated.

Is there any particular reason why this campaign would only show up sometimes? It's not setup for new customers only or anything, it's supposed to be configured to appear on all customer receipts.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
