In Weebly Promote Accelerate Plan I get a notice that my outgoing marketing email is pending review

I have a client getting ready to send out a marketing email. She has 7000 people on her recipients list. When she tries to send a test email to just herself, she gets this message: "Pending Review - We noticed that you are sending your email to a large number of recipients, requiring approval from out team. As soon as your email has been approved and verified it will go out as planned. Once you are a verified sender, you will no longer receive this notification." She has sent other marketing emails without this issue in the past. Is there a way to speed up this process? She tried sending it a few days ago and nothing has happened yet. Are these actively being checked? There's no way to to know the status of this.
