Email Campaign Responses

For about the last six months (maybe year), when customers respond to my email campaign I can see the beginning of their message in Messages section of the app and register, but I can’t see their full message when I tap on the senders name. I used to get them to my email, so it wasn’t an issue. But now I don’t. Where do those email responses go?
