I'd like to create an automation for lapsed customers & the system has this trigger automatically set for 1.5 months from their last purchase however I'd like a longer time frame. Is it possible to have this as a custom field for businesses to set?

You can edit the time frame on the lapsed customer automation. From the Directory, select the "Lapsed" smart group, edit group, then will see a box where you can select the time frame.

Thx for replying. The automations do not allow me to adjust the workflow this is only for campaigns. I don't wan't to have to go in and create a new campaign each time for lapsed customers, I'd rather be able to create an automation with the desired time frame.
Hi, We're fairly new to Square and we were wondering if you found a solution to this problem? Funny enough it is this exact automation that we are looking at changing from 1.5 months to 3. Cheers.
