Anyone else having marketing issues

Anyone here having problems with the email service? Seems some of my customers are getting our emails , they have checked spam and junk folders and nothing.

What emails are your customers getting? When you have a moment, please provide us with more details.

Some customers receive and some don’t go out at all. About ready to switch email providers .

My customers or me? We have a domain email so that’s not the problem. The problem lies with yalls software
