Any way I can find a calculation of the yearly total for email marketing?

We just started building our email marketing subscribers last year, so our subscribed customer contacts have fluctuated and grown throughout 2024. We definitely had less subscribers earlier in the year than later, so I know the monthly total would be different for each month. Is there any way to find an exact total Square has calculated for me somewhere, or do I have to just kind of make an estimate on the yearly total? Thanks!

Are you asking about the total number of subscribers added over the course of the year or the highest number of active subscribers at any point in 2024?

Square’s Email Marketing doesn’t currently provide an automatic calculation of the yearly total for subscribers. However, you can check your subscriber growth month by month in the Subscribers section of your Square Dashboard.

1. Go to Customer Directory in your Square Dashboard.
2. Filter by Subscribed Customers and select specific date ranges and filters to view totals.
3. You can export this data if you’d like to calculate growth manually.

If this doesn’t fully meet your needs, you might consider submitting a feature request for a yearly total summary. Let me know if you need help with anything else.
