"Points Expiring" is misleading for new customers
For new customers that earn Loyalty points, their points expire the following year, after the month has been completed. So if a new customer signs-up for Loyalty today (11/12/2024) and they earn 100 points, those 100 points will expire on 12/1/2025.
The problem is, on their account page it says 100 points expiring on Dec 1.
Well, if today is Nov 12 then it looks like those points are expiring in 19 days, since it doesn't actually indicate that it is referring to Dec 1, 2025.
It's not until the user actually clicks that box that it shows the points expire in 2025.
Is there a reason the year is missing from that main screen? Can we get it added?
