change customer post transaction screen timeout in square for restaurants

There's been a tremendous amount of "cross pollination" - customers' loyalty accounts have gotten attached to OTHER customers' credit cards, so individuals are earning and redeeming points and rewards on accounts that are not their own.

I've discovered the customer view screen doesn't time out after the customer leaves - I can't figure out how to set this to 15 seconds in Square for Restaurants, I only see it in the regular Square app???

 

 

Customers are receiving activity texts when they are not at the restaurant...it is making our business look very bad and eroding our customers' trust our brand and in Square.

This sounds like a feature request. To appropriately send these to our product teams we’d love it if you'd submit this request on our Ideate page for Square Loyalty. Our team monitors these boards, and we triage them to measure needs. You can search the boards to see if this has been requested before and add your use case if so!
