Way to load gift cards when it is already included as one of their payment methods?
Is there a way to load customer gift card balances easily for customer that already have the gift card saved under their payment methods on their Loyalty account? This is if they don't have access to the information sent in the email when getting their E-Gift Card OR if they don't have their plastic gift card with them.
We have been creating new gift cards (e or plastic) every time a customer wants to add more to their account but doesn't have the things mentioned above with them. This takes a long time and is a waste if using a plastic card or in during a rush.
Also if a customer does have the email for the e gift card, it takes an awfully long time for them to find the email, and click through everything to find it when we are a drive thru situation. It would be great if there was a way to load it on our end of things.
