How do we add loyalty points for engaging on social media, posting a review, etc, and provide the reason for the addition?
This Square article (https://squareup.com/us/en/the-bottom-line/reaching-customers/successful-loyalty-program) says "Points-based customer loyalty programs are the most common" and "Often, points can be accumulated in multiple ways," but there are no instructions on how to provide the reason for the points. Clearly, we can adjust points, but the only reason Square allows is for "Complimentary Points" or "Missing Points from a Transaction." Is there a way to add other reasons?

Unfortunately at this time there does not appear to be a way to create a custom reason but that is a great thing to note.
