Combine Loyalty Locations
I am a bit confused...the Loyalty pricing says "per location" so is that per actual Square location configured? I am asking b/c I am setting up 3-4 locations where my food truck will be parked so I can have data on the sales by consistent parking spot. I do however want Loyalty BUT I want that across ALL those locations and the pricing per location isn't very clear and could be expensive.
I simply want any customer to go to any spot I am parked and collect/use loyalty points so how is that priced out when you have multiple "mobile" locations?

Hi @CColotti. In this case, your food truck is your location. As long as you didn’t create 4 Square locations on your account business information — one for each address — you are one location.

Thats the thing I did create multiple so we can track sales by parking spot since adding locations doesn't add cost and we can use one register to log into the different locations day by day. But then in that case I will get popped by location which frankly doesn't make sense to me. I also need the separate locations for the addresses to work a way to do online ordering and have people know which address we are at that day, etc. the only thing that seems to get messy is Loyalty, so I may just have to revert to simple punch cards...

@CColotti. Ah. I did not understand that part of your original post. And, on that note, I’m going to have to bow out here and leave it to Square to chime in. It sounds like you are in a difficult spot, since pricing is definitely based on each “location’s participation” in your Loyalty Program. But, maybe they have some secret arrangement of which I am unaware. 🤞 Good luck!

I saw that post. But @nika ‘s answer there was only indicating that all participating locations share the same Loyalty Program definitions and rewards. And that they also share customer loyalty history. That is completely separate from the fees for participating locations, which are based on the number of loyalty visits at each location, with a minimum of $45 per. In your case, that means the minimum fees per month would be $180. Ouch.

Indeed, why I was asking for some clarification.....or punch cards it is.....I just don't even understand separate loyalty per location.
